Shawn Springer has been creating design work for over 11 years since graduating with a B.S. in Visual Communications from the University of Indianapolis in 1994.  Shawn started his design career in a small graphic design firm in Indianapolis in 1994.  Becoming an art director for an advertising agency after relocating to Lafayette a few years later was the next step in Shawn ’s design career.  Five years ago, the unique opportunity to develop a new position, Creative Services Director, in the Marsh Supermarket’s Marketing Department allowed Shawn to utilize both his website and print design skills.  As Marsh’s Creative Services Director, Shawn was responsible for many direct mail campaigns and for the design and updating of five company websites.  His responsibilities in this position also included the development of campaigns for partner programs with the Colts, Pacers, Purdue, IU, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and other large corporate entities.
